Through December 24, The District will be Santa's home away from the North Pole. Visitors have the chance to meet Santa in person at his cozy cottage and choose from three packages that suit their budget and preferences. In addition, on December 3, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., The District, in partnership with Best Buddies Nevada, will host a special sensory-friendly day, ensuring that everyone, including those who prefer a quieter and calmer setting, can enjoy the holiday spirit.
Furthermore, pet owners are in for a treat with a pet photo party on December 11 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. This is a wonderful chance to capture some festive memories with your furry friends and Santa.
Embracing the Festivities with the Menorah Lighting
Embracing diversity and inclusivity, The District at Green Valley Ranch will start Hanukkah festivities by lighting the Menorah from December 7 to December 15. The Menorah will shine every night until the end of the holiday, offering a special opportunity to share the joy and warmth of Hanukkah with the community.
Holiday Themed Markets
The District will enhance the shopping experience with holiday-themed markets this month. On December 9, they will host the Shopfest Collective Market, featuring carolers and encouraging donations to its toy drive. On December 16, you can enjoy the Makers Hive Market, with festive activities like holiday photo opportunities, kids' crafts, skating ornaments, and more.
A Charitable Heart
The District at Green Valley Ranch strongly commits to giving back to the community. This holiday season, they have teamed up with St. Jude's Ranch for Children, a community of hope and healing for children and young people, to collect toys specifically for teens in foster care aged 13 to 18. The District at Green Valley Ranch Marketing Director Micaela Wargo said, “We chose this age group because donations for teens are often scarce, and we firmly believe that everyone, regardless of age, deserves to have a magical holiday.”
