UP Inspired Kitchen is a chef-driven, fast-casual restaurant and coffee bar serving breakfast, brunch and lunch daily with a people-first, personalized approach to gratitude-led lives.
"Our mission is to inspire you to feel your best so you can be your best," says co-owner Mike Luther. "We like to say, 'Wake UP. Fuel UP. Live it UP!'"
Their beverage selection alone is vast, including smoothies, Rishi organic teas, fresh-roasted specialty coffees, espresso, cold brews, bone broth, bullets with MCT oil, bubbles, Buda juices and a few wines.
Mike says they work with UP's concept chef, Todd Duplechan, and head chef, Jake DePew, to offer Paleo-, Whole 30-, gluten-free-, vegetarian- and vegan-friendly menu options. "We believe in moving back to real, whole foods," he adds.
UP's upbeat environment also is family-friendly, says Mike's wife and co-owner, Rachel "Rae," in that the restaurant's patio playhouse and toy chest entertain younger guests while they enjoy clean, delicious food. She says they focus on the happiness advantage paired with better-for-you eating to help their guests and their team nourish both bodies and upbeat spirits.
Regarding high-quality customer service, the Luthers "look for the hospitality gene" when hiring.
Launched in 2017, UP staffers cater platters, boxes, family-style, sweet treats or snacks, entrees and build-your-own buffets for private events after 4 p.m., too.
