Ways to Give Back this Season with Local Charities

Debbie Gaby Charities

This organization is deeply committed to improving the quality of life for residents of Arizona who need help. Artist Chad Little's Charitable Art Purchases

Chad Little's oil paintings, described as “abstract impressionism,” are making their mark on the local nonprofit landscape as the proceeds from each piece directly impact a charity near and dear to his and his wife's hearts. Through Nov. 1, not only will 50 percent of proceeds from Chad’s art go back to the Arizona Humane Society, but the Littles will also be hosting a Fall Art Show in early November to further benefit AHS.

For art pricing and availability, visit ChadLittleArt.com. For Fall Art Show information, contact the Arizona Humane Society at 602.997.7585 ext. 1023.

JDRF Promise Ball

The JDRF Arizona Chapter will host its 18th annual Promise Ball Gala on Nov. 10th at the Phoenician Resort to help fund a cure for type 1 diabetes. The black-tie fundraiser themed “Together We Shine” includes live and silent auctions, dinner and entertainment. Funds raised at the JDRF Promise Ball Gala go directly to research and programs for type 1 diabetes.

Scholl's Helping Hands

This donation-based organization takes in usable items and places them directly in the hands of the homeless.
