"My favorite feature of the house has to be the kitchen. I love to cook, and it's an open space where everyone can be together," said Nicole Wonderlic. "I'm obsessed with it. The light that comes in, and it's so bright and welcoming."
As a stay-at-home mom with two active boys, Nicole noted how perfect this house is for an active family. "This house has become designed for our boys. We have the front room turned into our playroom, and our basement has another playroom. The boys go crazy down there." The basement walks out to a large fenced-in backyard with a huge swing set and lots of room for the kids to run around."

"I love where our home is located because we can walk to Kirkwood Park for the Greentree Festival, and we can walk to downtown," said Nicole. "Our neighborhood doesn't feel compact. It feels like you have room to breathe, but there is so much to do around here." Nicole added, "And we have the best neighbors. My husband and I say that we will not find neighbors like this ever again. We are so lucky."
When it came time for the Wonderlic's to transition from this house to their next home, Nicole knew exactly which realtor to choose. "Antione is on top of his game.
