Frisco Chamber of Commerce members welcomed 800-plus new Frisco Independent School District teachers and staffers. The New Teacher Welcome theme was "Teachers are our Superheroes!" Attendees visited 50 vendor tables to receive door prizes and gift bags donated by local businesses.
"Frisco is well-known for its quality education system and strong community partnerships. Our business community understands the value of Frisco ISD and the important role teachers and staff play in developing our future workforce," says Tony Felker, Frisco Chamber Commerce president/CEO.
