"It has been carefully planned, thoughtfully designed and professionally decorated to create a truly distinctive property. We wanted to give guests something beyond the norm and felt like the uniqueness of the property, which is sort of a peninsula surrounded by views, provided a chance to do that. To not design the house in a way that maximized and featured those views, would have been a wasted opportunity to create a great place that could be enjoyed by many."
