Gaslight Entertainment Presents Westfield Concert Series

Professional Sound. Professional Lights. Professional Performers. All in downtown Westfield.

We all know and love the Westfield on Weekends’ MusicFest. A summer staple, residents enjoy getting together, sitting on the green, and listening to great music with friends and family. However, when Westfield rolls up their sidewalks for the winter, there is a void that is felt city-wide. Friends, Jay Pagluica and Patrick Berry, saw an opportunity to provide a solution. They wondered, “what could we do to bring high-end entertainment to the city, during the cold and dark winter months?" Friends quickly became business partners with the birth of Gaslight Entertainment, and their idea started to become reality.

Both Westfield residents, Jay and Pat considered the venue needed for such an endeavor. With both the capacity and centralized location, the Westfield Women's Club emerged as the perfect site. Built 100 years ago, this unique and historic performance space seats about 300 people, and creates an intimate and immersive experience for all. "There’s not a bad seat in the house," exclaims Jay.

With the launch of the Westfield Concert Series in November of 2019, national performing tribute bands and original artists are performing, for the first time, in Westfield. Home Again: A Tribute to Carole King, kicked off the inaugural season this past fall to an excited audience. Additional performers have included The INXS Experience, Porter Carroll Jr., Starman - The Bowie Tribute, and 33 1/3 Live's Killer Queen Experience. "Typically you would have to travel to Hartford or Boston to see acts like these. It was important for us to be able to keep the business in downtown Westfield," explains Jay.  Jay and Pat look forward to the future, and invite Westfield residents to join in the fun! The series runs from fall to early spring, and tickets can be purchased online at https://westfieldconcerts.com.
