Try date night at the crown jewel of Caldwell. The historic old bank building with patina bar tops is a showstopper. I highly recommend one of their Loteria drinks which you can also order non-alcoholic, or the infamous Birra tacos.
Tucked away in Eagle is an absolute hidden gem. Their steak risotto is perfection and the potato scoops with guacamole were unexpectedly delightful, and downright Idahoan.
Boise's newest fine dining establishment. With plates like the Idaho Ruby Trout "Rockefeller" and the Basque Cheesecake, you can't help but taste that they're defining Boise's food culture of the future and it's a must-visit. Be sure to make a reservation.
The vibe inside is very intimate, with little journal books they give with your check so you can write a note. Their pasta is all handmade and I highly recommend the chargrilled octopus salad.
Skip France and head to Overland for a delicious savory or sweet treat. The inside has great local decor and you can tell they are a community establishment.
Fellow Kuna food lovers at Hudson Baking Company had this to say, "Have you been inside? The food, the music, the authentic food. The service is incredible. The whole experience is amazing."
The patio instantly transports you to a big cities vibe; this is the place to go if you're looking for oysters or a fancy night out on the town.

One of my favorite pizzerias in town; my friend Sara recently introduced me to the Mushroom Pizza with caramelized onion. The crust is made with a 50-year old sourdough starter that is to die for.
