By day, Lena Simelgor is a nurse anesthetist. But when she’s not in scrubs, she’s curating the cozy, chic looks Eagan locals have come to love at Fashion Fruit Boutique.
Originally a pop-up concept, the boutique became a full-fledged storefront in 2018. Tucked into Yankee Square Shopping Center, the store offers more than just clothing. It’s a destination for fall wardrobe refreshes, unique gift items, and style that balances comfort with confidence.
“I’ve always loved fashion,” Lena says. “When I travel, I find pieces I wish we had here in Minnesota. I try to bring that European influence to the boutique.”
This fall, Lena’s excited for sweater weather and all the layers that come with it. “Fall is my favorite season to dress for. It’s more fun than the bare bones of summer.” Customers will find richly textured sweaters, clean-line denim, and transitional day-to-night tops and dresses.
