Wrapped in Warmth, Styled with Heart

Inside Greeley’s Coziest Boutique for Gifts, Fashion, and Unexpected Finds

What began as a humble card table at a craft fair—with homemade food mixes and a baby in tow—has grown into one of Greeley’s most beloved destinations for gifts, fashion, and feel-good finds. Suzanne Sereff, owner of Warm Hugs Mixes & Gifts, never imagined her handmade mixes would one day anchor a full-fledged boutique offering everything from garden treasures to cozy sweaters, gourmet treats, accessories, and more.

Warm Hugs isn’t your typical gift shop. Tucked inside its welcoming walls are carefully curated racks of clothing, shelves of thoughtfully selected goods, and displays of meaningful, practical, and unexpected pieces that make gifting (and self-gifting) a delight. “We’re always on the lookout for excellent quality and added interest,” Suzanne says. “Something you won’t find in a big box store.”

That fashion-forward approach is just one of the ways Suzanne keeps the boutique feeling fresh and personal. The clothing selection blends texture, comfort, and color in a way that feels both timeless and expressive. From easy layering pieces to standout accessories, each item is chosen with real-life wearability in mind—and with an understanding of what her customers love most. Whether it’s a cozy cardigan, an everyday essential, or a seasonal statement piece, the style here feels curated, not crowded.

Step inside and you’ll be greeted by more than just charming displays. There’s a rhythm to the shop: the scent of something sweet or seasonal, the sparkle of a handpicked necklace, the crackle of tissue paper, and the quiet joy of finding something you didn’t know you needed. Every corner invites a moment of pause, a smile, and a memory in the making.

After three decades of creativity and community, Suzanne still describes the shop in four simple words: quality, unusual, practical, excellent. And somehow, it’s exactly that—plus a little magic.

“We love offering things that feel like gifts—even if you’re keeping them for yourself.” —Suzanne Sereff
