A stay-at-home mom turned real estate agent, Nora Wall took a leap into the industry after her family planted roots in Austin. In 1997, she officially began learning the ropes, one class and one client at a time.

Her experience working with buyers and sellers, as well as her personal property investments, gave her the insight she needed to build a career, and ultimately build a community. With support from her husband, business coach, and assistant, she was later inspired to branch out and sow the seeds of Cultivate Realty.

Today, Cultivate Realty has blossomed into a real estate brokerage based on a passion for seeing people thrive. It all grew out of Nora’s dedication to working by referral.

“First-time home buyers became second-time home buyers. Then those second-time home buyers said, ‘Our family’s growing, it’s a different season for us, we’re going to move up now to a bigger home.’ Now I’m selling to my clients’ kids,” says owner Nora Wall. “I love working with my past clients’ friends and family. That’s how I’ve built my business, and it’s where the name Cultivate comes in. We cultivate relationships.”
