After more than 30 years in business, Chef Jennifer Russo is reimagining her former Arcadia restaurant as a dedicated event venue where nearly anything can happen under one roof.
Located in the heart of Arcadia, The Market by Jennifer now offers private indoor and outdoor space for up to 100 guests. It is polished enough for a corporate dinner, comfortable enough for a family celebration, and flexible enough to feel completely different from one event to the next.
“I want people to walk in and immediately start imagining what they could do here,” Jennifer says. “It can be elegant, casual, professional or completely personal. The space is meant to become whatever the occasion calls for.”
The possibilities are extensive: intimate dinners, cocktail hours, birthday parties, bridal and baby showers, rehearsal dinners, anniversaries, networking events, nonprofit gatherings, corporate meetings, workshops, book clubs, mahjong groups, brunches, holiday parties and happy hours.
Guests are also welcome to bring in anything they want to make the space truly their own, from florals, décor and custom furniture to music, entertainment, photography and personal details. The Market provides the setting, food, beverages and hospitality. Everything else can be tailored around the host, the guests, and the occasion.
“We exclusively partner with Event Rents, making it easy for guests to coordinate all rental and design needs, including tables, chairs and linens. We can help arrange everything or nothing at all, from florals to dessert. A cleaning fee also applies.”
Unlike many traditional venues, The Market will not charge a separate rental fee. Hosts simply meet a food and beverage minimum based on the headcount and event, whether that means cocktails and passed bites, a festive brunch, or a thoughtfully curated dinner.
The food, beverages, service and space are all handled by Jennifer and her experienced team, allowing hosts to focus on their guests instead of juggling multiple vendors.

For longtime Valley residents, Jennifer needs little introduction. She founded Jennifer’s Catering three decades ago, when many of the streets now lined with restaurants and shopping plazas were still bordered by pastures. Since then, she has catered celebrations in homes, offices and venues throughout Arizona, building a reputation around exceptional food and the ability to make hosts feel like guests at their own events.
Jennifer’s Catering will continue bringing events to clients across the Valley. The Market simply offers another way to gather.
