About Us

Regina Noble is a wife and mother of three young men. She's also a Native Texan, born and raised in the small town of Mexia, TX. While she has baked all of her life, dessert artistry has been a more recently discovered talent. After several years of major depression, she began to use cookie decorating and later cake design as therapy. She found this therapeutic hobby brought much joy to family and friends, and a natural progression of this hobby was to turn it into a business. As of 2023, Noble Delights Bakery has been in business for seven delightfully delicious years. Regina loves interacting with her customers and being able to turn their dreams into desserts. She finds it a great honor for Noble Delights to be a part of your special event or day! So, whether it is an intimate cake for two, a corporate event, or a wedding for 400, Noble Delights would love to be of service to you.
