Once a therapeutic hobby for Regina Noble, baking eventually became something much bigger. She naturally progressed toward turning her passion into a business. With so many people eager to try her confections, Noble Delights Bakery continued growing, fueled largely by word of mouth.
One of Regina’s proudest moments was opening her storefront. People showed up in droves for the grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremonies, including longtime customers who genuinely wanted the business to prosper. After years of building a loyal clientele from home, she saw that community support come full circle.
Today, Noble Delights is known for custom cakes for everything from bridal showers and weddings to birthdays and baby showers.
“It’s such a privilege to be a part of someone’s special day. For them to pick Noble Delights Bakery out of hundreds of others… We don’t take that lightly,” says Regina. “When our customers pick up their cakes or we deliver them, the joy on their faces keeps us motivated.”
That spirit extends further with Regina offering mentorship opportunities for students interested in pursuing a pastry certification or degree. She wants them to gain real-world experience and discover what it means to bring someone happiness through something they’ve created.
“Sharing is caring,” says Regina. “Whether you’re sharing your desserts or your knowledge, you’re caring for people and they feel it.”
She is happy to have Madelyn Brown—who particularly excels with vintage designs—on the team, turning customers’ cake visions into edible works of art. The two share excitement for exploring the potential of cake decorating.
Noble Delights recently took on the especially memorable challenge of baking a towering, eight-tier wedding cake. Now, they’re gearing up for another fun challenge at Cookies, Cocktails, and Confections, the signature fundraising event for the Girl Scouts of Central Texas.
From first interaction to final bite, Regina knows that the way Noble Delights treats its customers reflects the business as a whole. The genuine care the team puts in is at the heart of what keeps people returning.
“Don’t be afraid to step out and try a new profession. You can do it,” says Regina. “If you put your heart, your mind, and your soul into it, it’s possible that you can succeed.”
