Located on Main Street in Boerne, Cibolo Creek Brewing is popular year-round, known for its beers named for historical connections to Boerne and its responsibly-sourced farm to table food. The enterprise is locally owned by the Mazour and Wolosin families and now includes the former Flower Shop building housing Windy Hill Foods, a sister company specializing in micro distribution. Ty Wolosin is the head brewer and sources the products; Josh Mazour is the general manager.

The lamb, goat and beef used in the dishes are from the Yoakum, Floresville and Fredericksburg areas. The eggs come from a locally-sourced Austin company and the chickens from Lone Star in Austin. Klein Smokehaus in Boerne supplies the bacon. All ingredients are grown hormone- and antibiotic-free. Vegetables come from area farmers when available and organic greens are obtained from Fresh Point, mostly grown in the Texas valley. Milk comes from the Dallas area.

Ingredients for the large and small batch brews come from Grain Brewery Direct in San Antonio; malt is grown in Colorado and the hops are sourced from various small distributors.
