Donna's Fashions:
Nestled in the Shops of Seville at 101st and Yale, Donna’s Fashions, owned by Donna Brollier, celebrates twenty years.
Walking into this quaint shop, customers can find new arrivals almost daily— they’re a top 100 location for Tommy Bahama— carrying men's and women's fashions. They also carry accessories including Brollier’s own custom line, Steel Magnolia Jewelry.
Along with fashion, personal touch is its cornerstone. “My customers appreciate front-door parking, excellent customer service, and quality products from their favorite designers,” Brollier shares. “We have the nicest, non-commissioned stylist whose goal is to sincerely help someone feel confident in what they’re getting styled for.”
After twenty years of working in the Tulsa community, Donna is grateful. “I want to thank my customers for twenty years of loyalty and continuing to shop local so the community thrives.”

Jules Boutique:
Julee March, owner of Jules Boutique on the northwest corner of 121st and Sheridan, considers fashion an artistic expression. Her store offers unique, colorful clothing from casual to sophisticated for all ages and sizes (XS up to 3X). The boutique also carries shoes including L’Artiste — Jules is the only one in Oklahoma to carry this brand— accessories, gifts and jewelry. Supporting the community, the boutique features paintings from local artist Laura Austin on its walls.
March enjoys helping people expand their style, “I like to get people out of their comfort zone and help them feel pretty.” She’s passionate about providing excellent customer service, sharing that many customers aren’t just repeat customers but also become her friends.
What’s the parting thought from this artistic shop owner? “If you want unique fashion and flare, come to Jules Boutique and shop!“
