Meet John Gain

John Gain is actively involved in making a sustainable and meaningful impact and difference in our local community. As an example, John was appointed to be the Chair of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion committee for Allen, Texas with Mayor Fulk stating that the establishment of this committee is a “milestone day for the city.” He currently serves as the chair of the newly formed Community Engagement Advisory Board for Allen as well.

John is a Managing Director for WTW, a global professional services consulting firm of over 50,000 colleagues in over 140 countries. With over 25 years of experience, he is responsible for leading, cultivating and sustaining large, complex, and global client partnerships through an adaptive and consultative approach. 

In addition to leading client relationships, John is a thought leader and trusted advisor on reimagining and reshaping a company’s focus by sharing innovative insights and industry trends as well as designing and implementing solutions. His specific areas of expertise are Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Financial Resilience and Employee Wellbeing.

John also serves as co-leader for the North America Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) Council and also serves on the Global I&D Council for WTW. John believes that our differences make us stronger. He strives to help ensure that the makeup of the workforce of WTW reflects the different and varied markets they operate in, and aims to create a culture of inclusivity where all colleagues can bring their best self to work every day, feeling welcomed and valued. 

John's leadership isn't just limited to the Allen area. John was a member of Leadership Dallas, Class of 2022 and is a Big in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program in Dallas.
