Southeastern Building Corporation Offers Comfortable Housing For Your Circle of Life

Over the past decade, the greater Hendersonville and Gallatin region has become one of the fastest growing areas in Tennessee. Offering outstanding schools, a vibrant retail base and easy access to Old Hickory Lake, there is no better place to call home.

Our community is also blessed with a diverse array of housing options offered by several different local and national builders. From standalone homes to luxury townhouses to lifestyle communities, there is something for everyone at any stage of life.

Some of the finest neighborhoods in our area are being developed by Southeastern Building Corporation. Led by veteran builder David Luckey, Southeastern is an award-winning, family-owned company that is known for constructing high quality homes and for providing its customers with superior customer service.

“We are a local company that cares about our community,” says Heather Petrocci, Director of Real Estate for Southeastern. “Our team members all live here, work here and want our customers to be happy.”

While Southeastern is a production builder, the company does not turn out “cookie cutter” homes. Every new home, regardless of design, features some degree of customization that helps differentiate it from similar styles in the same neighborhood.

“We use some common floorplans, but we tweak every home to make it special,” adds Heather. “Our quality and our attention to detail makes us stand out from other builders.”

Currently, Southeastern is currently building in 6 different locations throughout the area. Two of their largest and most popular developments are the Courtyard Homes at Kennesaw Farms in Gallatin and Wynbrooke in Hendersonville. Both of these neighborhoods are lifestyle communities that offer their residents a variety of amenities, such as pools, clubhouses and pocket parks.

“In years past, many people preferred large 3,000+ square footage homes on large lots, says Heather. “However, these days there is a trend toward downsizing and most buyers want smaller homes built in close-knit, lifestyle communities. Wynbrooke and Kennesaw Farms are perfect choices for these customers.”

While there are some similarities in home design between the two developments, Wynbrooke and Kennesaw Farms are targeted at different types of home buyers.

“Wynbrooke is very popular with first-time home buyers and families with school-age children,” says Heather. “They are particularly attracted to this neighborhood due to its proximity to the Station Camp school complex.”

Although some families with children do reside in Kennesaw Farms, it is more oriented toward empty nesters and people looking to downsize.

“Kennesaw Farms is a perfect choice for people seeking to simplify their lives,” says Heather. “Featuring lots of community amenities, low maintenance and nearby upscale retail shops and restaurants, it represents the epitome of low-stress living.”

All in all, David, Heather and the entire Southeastern team are committed to customer satisfaction. Per their corporate slogan, Southeastern’s goal is to help their customers “Dream Big. Live Better.”
