Sumac Smack
Ingredients
¾ oz. Lemon Juice
½ oz. Pomegranate Juice
½ oz. Pine Bistro's Signature Sumac Syrup
½ oz. Liquor 43
1 ½ oz. Leblon Cachaca
Directions
Sumac Syrup: combine some honey, sumac, and water, let it rest for 24 hours
Pour all ingredients into a shaker
Dry shake
Pour over crushed ice in a Collins glass with a sumac rim
Top off with soda water, if needed
Garnish with pomegranate seeds
