Anna Robins: A local fashion maven making a difference

When it comes to style, there are few like Anna Robins, a local fashion enthusiast who has effortlessly weaved her aptitude for creativity and design into both her personal style and her philanthropic work.

As the Senior Director of Keep Memory Alive — a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health, focusing on research and caregiver programming for patients and families dealing with brain disorders — Anna has carved her path as a local style maven with a heart for making a difference. Anna’s journey began with a serendipitous opportunity at Southern Wine & Spirits (now Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits, the largest wine and spirits distributor in the U.S.), which led her to accept Larry Ruvo’s offer to embrace the mission of Keep Memory Alive.

Under Anna's leadership, Keep Memory Alive has accomplished remarkable feats, witnessing significant growth and recognition. Anna's dedication has elevated the organization's impact, from expanding the organization to opening the iconic Keep Memory Alive Event Center, designed by the legendary architect Frank Gehry, to creating innovative revenue streams. One of her proudest achievements is orchestrating the annual Power of Love® gala, a celebrated fundraiser graced by illustrious performers and renowned chefs.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Anna's personal style has become a canvas for creative expression. A fusion of "ladylike" and "hypebeast" aesthetics, her fashion choices are heavily influenced by her circle of stylish friends, inspiring her to experiment with a variety of trends.

Drawing from her own experiences, Anna shares three essential style tips that she believes can elevate anyone's wardrobe. First, she emphasizes the importance of clothing that fits well to one's body type, creating a flattering and confident silhouette. Secondly, she encourages individuals not to break the bank to keep up with fleeting trends, advocating for thoughtful and sustainable fashion choices. Lastly, Anna believes in investing in high-quality bags and shoes that not only elevate an outfit but also stand the test of time.

Anna’s inherent sense of style effortlessly permeates every aspect of her work, infusing elegance and creativity into the fabric of her endeavors. From fashion to philanthropy, Anna Robins is a true embodiment of style and purpose.
