BUTTER OLIVE OIL TURKEY
1 whole turkey
½ cup of Butter Olive Oil
3 stalks of celery
1 yellow onion
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon of ground pepper
3 sprigs of fresh rosemary
3 sprigs of fresh thyme
3 garlic cloves
Clean and pat dry room temperature turkey. Cut onion and celery stalks to insert into turkey cavity along with herb sprigs and garlic cloves. Pour Con' Olio Butter Olive Oil under the breast skin and outside of the turkey. Sprinkle turkey with sea salt, pepper, and remaining herbs. Bake at 325 at 20 minutes per pound.
