For many golfers, the 18th hole isn't where the day ends. It's what comes afterward. The stories, the laughter, the friendly competition, and the time spent with friends reflecting on a round well played are just a few of the things. In Arvada, that spirit has found a home at Fade It Golf and Social Club, a gathering place that has quickly become the unofficial "19th Hole" of summer.
Owned by Coe Kunz and his wife, Magan, Fade It was built around a simple idea: create a place where people can come together, whether they are passionate golfers or simply looking for a fun night out. The result is a welcoming social hub that blends golf, entertainment, food, and community under one roof.
According to Magan, “We want people to feel like Fade It is their home away from home. The place where everyone knows their name, they belong, it's fun, it's chill, it's just where they need to be.”
While Fade It has become known for its state-of-the-art golf simulators, the atmosphere extends far beyond the game itself. Guests can enjoy food trucks, a spacious patio with fire pits and misting fans, pool tables, sports on big-screen televisions, and a calendar full of events that keep people coming back throughout the summer. Some professionals even use Fade It as their “second office”.
And don’t forget the daily 3-6pm Happy Hour.
“Fade It is the perfect place to get together with friends and family. Chill out on the patio or at the spacious granite topped bar. We can set up corn hole for a corn hole challenge on the patio or change up date-night with golf swings and drinks. Everyone is always moving at Fade It. Swinging golf clubs to swinging hips on Friday Nights,” says Magan.
The club's unique personality is rooted in Coe's lifelong relationship with golf. A former competitive golfer, Coe began playing at a young age, went on to compete at the collegiate level, and later spent years playing on professional mini tours before becoming a respected golf instructor. Today, he holds the designation of PGTAA Master Teaching Professional and continues to share his passion for the game with golfers of all skill levels.
“We are a community driven small business. We are locally born and raised. We have seen the development and growth of Arvada and are passionate about sharing our love of Colorado and golf with everyone who comes into Fade It. The staff is given and chosen family and everyone who comes into Fade It quickly becomes “framily” (friend family). We could not exist and grow without the support of our close friends old and new. We are excited to continue this legacy and bring together more of the Arvada community,” says Magan.
This summer, while golfers may come for the simulators and sports fans may come for the games, many visitors discover something even better: a place to relax, connect, and enjoy the company of others. That's what the best 19th holes have always been about and it's exactly what Fade It Golf and Social Club has become.
